Management Team



Mr. Mohammed Fahad Al-Otaibi has extensive experience in the oil and gas field, as he held many leadership positions throughout his career for more than 23 years and left a clear imprint on many important oil projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Kuwait University in 1999.
Al-Otaibi’s career began in the Ministry of Oil, after which he moved to the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), where he worked for 16 years, and progressed on the career ladder until he took the position of the Team Leader of ‘Operation Technical Services (OTS) Team, and the Team Leader of ‘Production Operations’ (PO) Team, to culminate in a career full by joining Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) in the position of Manager Operations LNGI Group, responsible for operating Kuwait’s first permanent LNG import facility with a capacity of 3000 Btu/Btu per day.
Al-Otaibi has made many achievements throughout his career in the oil and gas sector, including Water disposal and water injection projects for production enhancement, Procurement Proposal of Hermetically Sealed Gas Compressors, implementation a smart documentation system, Fire Water Tanks and Deluge System Upgrade, Construction of the new gathering centers in North Kuwait area, and building new gathering centers at Sabriyah field.

Mr. Mohammed Fahad Al-Ajmi
Manager Operations - Al Zour Refinery





Mr. Mohammed Fahad Al-Ajmi has extensive experience and a proven track record in managing multiple refineries unites with a career spanning 33 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Paisley University in Scotland.
Al-Ajmi began his career in the Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) in 1987. Knowledge and experience he gained during the initial years of his career, he obtained a scholarship from the Ministry of Education and pursued higher studies.
After Graduation, he joined KNPC SHU refinery as a UD Engineer. Later in 2006, he was assigned as Section Head in H-Oil units, which is one of the most complex units in a refiner. Later he was promoted as SHU Team Leader in charge of Hydrocracker, Hydrogen, CDU, and H-Oil units. Functioned in the capacity of Operations Manager in SHU Refinery during the decommissioning phases.
Al-Ajmi Joined Al Zour Refinery in 2017 as Team Leader for ARDS units and CSU-2 Leader, to be promoted as Manager Operations Group-A Zour Refinery in 2021.



Mrs. Hadeer Abdullah Al-Hussaini has been designated as Manager Management Support in Oct 2023. During her tenure at the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, she moved up the ladder of positions from an Accountant to reach the position of Manager of Finance Group in 2014, and in 2017, she held the position of Manager of Finance Group at the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) and then took the position of Manager of Human Resources Group in April of 2021.
She has a long experience in the field of financial accounts extending for more than 31 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and started her career at the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) in August 1992.
Al-Hussaini has a rich record of practical achievements, the most important of which is participating in the development of integrated accounting and financial systems between the KPC, its external offices and its subsidiaries, and co-development of 2040 financial sector strategy at the oil sector level.

Ahmed Habib Al-Khaldi
Manager Major Projects (II)





Mr. Ahmed Habib Mohammed Al-Khalidi has the great and distinguished experience and knowledge in the oil sector, especially in the field of planning and maintenance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado – USA in 1995. After graduating from university, Al-Khalidi joined the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) as a Mechanical Engineer, and after moving up in the job ladder, he gained a lot of practical experience in the field of maintenance, manufacturing, and industrial performance efficiency, to head later on a number of major technical teams such as the Industrial Performance Efficiency Team Inspection, Corrosion and Maintenance Planning Team.
Mr. Al-Khalidi headed the position of Team Leader of Mechanical Maintenance after joining KIPIC in May of 2017, and then held the position of Team Leader of Maintenance Planning and Support, to be appointed as Manager Maintenance Group in 2019.

Mr. Fayez Ahmad AlMathkoor
Manager Corporate Communication





Mr. Fayez Ahmad Al-Mathkoor is currently holding the position of Manager Corporate Communications. Mr. Fayez Ahmed Al-Mathkoor has played a key role in many oil projects, thanks to his experience of more than 28 years, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico in the United States of America in 1992.
Before joining the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) in 2017, he worked in the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources during the period between 1993-2002, and then moved to work in the Kuwait Oil Company in 2002.
Al-Mathkoor is considered one of the founding members of the Kuwait Oil Company’s marine colony and diving team, which in turn makes KOC one of the first oil companies in the world to develop a man-made marine colony. He Initiated KOC Panoramic wall and rebuilding Ahmadi Township project and played a key role in crisis Management in KOC Ahmadi Gas leak issue.
Al-Mathkoor joined KIPIC since its first launch in 2017, thus becoming a founding member in the company’s journey, in addition to his membership in a number of different committees inside and outside KIPIC.
During his career, he has successfully managed several major projects for the oil and gas industries. His great ability to manage risks and crises during the pandemical situation in the country as a result of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) was demonstrated by ensuring the timely completion of the various requirements of the Ministry of Health to confront the pandemic, as: building KIPIC Medical Center in Al-Zour, the Kuwait Field Hospital, Sheikh Jaber Causeway vaccination center.






Al-Masoud started his career at Kuwait Oil Company in 1996, where he gained extensive experience and knowledge in the field of oil and gas. Local contractors, and the Internal Procurement Committee of the Tender Committee.
Mr. Tariq Yousef Al-Masoud has extensive practical experience in the oil and gas sector spanning nearly 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University Pennsylvania, USA., as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from MAASTRICHT Business School, Kuwait. In 2017, he joined the KIPIC Foundation team.



Mr. Mishal Ghazi Youssef Al-Hindi is considered one of the most distinguished and diverse experts in the oil sector, especially in the technical field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Gannon University -USA- in 1996. Al-Hindi began his career after graduating from the university, where he joined the Kuwait Oil Company as an Engineer Under Development, and climbed the ladder of the job, to then occupy the position of Export Operations Engineer, then Port Supervisor, then Senior Process Engineer, all the way to the Team Leader Fire and Support Services.
After joining KIPIC’S team in 2017, Al-Hindi occupied several leadership positions, as he was initially appointed as Team Leader Maintenance Support & Reliability, then Team Leader Maintenance Support Services, and then Team Leader Maintenance – LNGI. Then, Manager Security & FireGroup, to later occupy the position Manager Commercial Group, in April of 2021.

Mr. Nawaf Abdullah Ibrahim Alsharhan
Manager Finance





Mr. Nawaf Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Sharhan, who’s the Manager of the Finance Group at the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of management and planning of capital and strategic projects related to the oil sector spanning more than 25 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kuwait, in addition to two master’s degrees in both business administration and chemical engineering.
After his graduation, Al-Sharhan joined the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) in May 1997, where he rose in the job ladder from Operational Engineer to Head of Operations Division, and in 2009 he moved to work in the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), where he rose to the position of Team Leader Strategic Planning, and then the position of Team Leader Capital Projects Management (II). In 2017, he was appointed General Manager of Business Development and Tendering at HOT Engineering and Construction CO.
In June 2017, Al-Sharhan joined the team in the Corporate Planning Group at KIPIC, where he initially held the position of Senior Specialist, and after only 5 months he assumed the duties of Team Leader of Corporate Planning before being promoted in July 2019 to the position of Manager Corporate Planning Group to move from then on in 2021 to head the finance group.

Mr. Dhari AL Gharaballi
Manager Health Safety & Environment





Mr. Al-Gharaballi, Manager Health, Safety and Environment Group at the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC), has a long and distinguished experience in the field of health, safety and environmental systems, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences from Creighton University -USA- 1997.
Al-Gharaballi began his career in September of 1997, when he joined the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), and rose in the job ladder from an Engineer under development to a Maintenance Engineer, Team Leader Health and Environment, and then Team Leader Soil Treatment Support in 2013.
In January 2018, Al-Gharaballi joined the team at KIPIC, where he initially held the position of Team leader Health, Safety and Environmental Systems, then Manager Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Fire Group in 2019, and then Manager Health, Safety and Environment Group in July from the year 2020

Mr. Ahmad Abdullah Al Mulaifi
Manager Information Technology





Ahmad Almulaifi, who currently holds the position of Manager, Information Technology Group in KIPIC; has over 20 Years of experience in the oil & gas field with a variety of knowledge in IT including Planning, Datacenter, Infrastructure, Databases, Programming, Core Applications, Helpdesk, and Security. He has a bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering from Kuwait University and achieved several certifications including certified Quality Management.
Almulaifi started his career by joining KNPC in 1996 and was gradually promoted to Team Leader Infrastructure. The position came with the challenge of building and operating one of the biggest infrastructures in Kuwait, which serves over 10,000 employees from three Data Centers and covers three Kuwait refineries, local marketing depots as well as 40 petrol stations.
Almulaifi believes in the power of innovation; that way he was responsible for initiating and launching many innovative projects including K-Companies first private cloud KNPC-(K-Cloud) providing IaaS concept to KPC and subsidiaries.
In 2017, Almulaifi joined KIPIC; the newest oil & gas company among the KPC subsidiaries in Kuwait which is responsible for the new Al-Zour Refinery, LNGI, and Petrochemical facilities. Al-Mulaifi was later appointed as Manager of Information Technology Group with the challenging responsibility of building and establishing KIPIC’s IT from scratch with all its infrastructure, teams, and functionalities. Al-Mulaifi believes in embracing Innovation, creativity, and new technologies in all aspects and aim toward complete digitalization of KIPIC with the vision of enhancing core business productivity and taking KIPIC to the next level to be a leader in smart operation technology.

Mr. Abdullah Fahad Al Osaimi

Mr. Abdullah Al-Osaimi started his career in the oil sector in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, the University of Tulsa, USA, and also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration – from AUM University – Kuwait.
Prior to taking charge of the Corporate Planning Group in 2021, Al-Osaimi, upon joining Integrated Petroleum Company (KIPIC), held the position of Manager of Major Petrochemical Projects Group from 2017-2021.
Al-Osaimi has a distinguished balance of local and foreign achievements related to projects and investment opportunities in the refining and petrochemical sector in Kuwait, South Korea, Canada, Bahrain, and China.

Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Al Olayan
Manager Training & Career Development





Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Al-Olayan has extensive experience in the field of human resources, training, and career development for more than 26 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in “Business Administration” from the California State University”, Sacramento, California USA in 1994.
Al- Olayan began his career in the oil sector at the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) in 1995, and rose on the ladder of promotions from Analyst, Manpower Planning to Human Resources Coordinator to training and career development manager. In 2017, he joined the team at KIPIC as Manager of Human Resources and Career Development Group to be part of the company’s founding team.
Al -Olayan is making great efforts to raise the Kuwaitization rate in the company until it reached the highest percentage in the oil sector through recruitment and planning for administrative and technical positions.
Al-Olayan participated in the membership of several technical committees, such as a member of the Harmonization project for the Oil sector, a member of the Succession Planning Study Committee, the Principal Organizer of the Manpower Optimization Study (Phase II), and he was appointed as Deputy Head of the HR Forum committee across k-Companies.
He also participated in a number of training programs such as health, safety, and environment, leadership development, modern management skills, human resources development, business skills and best practices, business process re-engineering, and career planning. He was honored by the Chairman and Managing Director of Kuwait National Petroleum Company for his outstanding efforts and he was also chosen as the employee of the year in 2004.

Mr. Bader A Aljazzaf

Mr. Bader A. Aljazzaf is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of vast experience in Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA – USA. He started his career, in 1999, at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) as a Mechanical Engineer in MAA Refinery. It was destined, in 2017, to be part of the founding organization to join KIPIC as Team Leader Reliability, where he had the opportunity to lay building blocks and foundation for Reliability Engineering. Mr. Aljazzaf was the architect for developing and rolling out KIPIC Reliability Excellence Framework (K-REF) within KIPIC facilities to, continuously, enhance the overall Reliability Culture in KIPIC.
With a keen eye for details and commitment to deliver the highest quality of work, Mr. Aljazzaf has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective Reliability Programs that minimize downtime and boost equipment performance, leading to significant cost savings.
As a natural leader, he builds strong relationships with his team and empowers them to reach their full potential. He is always on the lookout for new ways to improve business processes and stays up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
