Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) received the first batch of 36 certified firefighters appointed through the announcement of external recruitment of 36 firefighters to join the family of work in the Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Firefighting Group. October 2019.
Immediately after the signing of the contracts, firefighters joined a training program specially prepared for them by the Training and Career Development Department, which includes a three-day rotation, a fun day prepared by the public relations and media team to welcome them, awareness workshops in the fields of first aid, environmental awareness and sustainability, in addition to a visit to Ahmed Al-Jaber Exhibition and a one-week on training in the Fire Department, with the aim of enhancing them with the skills that enable them to perform their work as soon as they start work.
KIPIC was launched on May 1st 2017 and is responsible for operating and managing refining, liquefied natural gas, and petrochemicals activities of Al-Zour complex. This consists of a total of six Al-Zour locations
